How was this month of love for you? Mine was great, although I caught a severe cold. Anyway, I put together a list of some of my favorite things that got me through the short month. Keep reading!
Mario Badsecu Rosewater Spray – $7
I’ve been using this spray for two months and I absolutely love it! Every time I use this I feel like I go on a vacation. You can definitely smell the array of roses, herbs, and aloe when you spritz it on your face. I love to use this before I start on my makeup — to prep my face, to set my makeup, before and after a skincare routine, to wake me up, honestly…..whenever!
Sold at Ulta.
Lush Rosy Cheeks Mask – $12.95
This is my ALL-TIME FAVORITE mask from Lush. It leaves my skin super soft with the help of my Rosewater spray (previously listed). This mask primarily acts as a way to soothe and calm skin. I have hormonal acne (during that time of month) so my face remains clear most of the time; if your situation is similar and you only break out once or twice a month, you should definitely consider this mask. If you are looking for something to treat acne, I recommend the Cosmetic Warrior from Lush.
Sold in Lush Shops only.
Modern Renaissance Palette by Anastasia BH – $42
Do I even have to explain why I love this palette? You can create so many versatile looks with it. This is the most pigmented eyeshadow palette I own. The shadows glide on the lid to create a nice buttery look. I have nothing but good stuff to say about this baby. You may or may not see a makeup tutorial with this palette in the near future.
Sold at Ulta and Sephora.
Milk and Honey – $9 (Ranges according to where you buy it)
This best-seller book is well-written and embraces femininity. At every page, I get more and more emotional. Every woman needs this book. It will give you a different outlook on life and pull on your heartstrings. I enjoy reading this book during my down time or when I need a break from the world. A simple review cannot express how great this book is. Go get it!
Sold on Amazon, at Urban Outfitters and Barnes and Noble.
Kenneth Cole Sole My Wedge Sandal –$89 (Currently on Sale)
I have wore these babies three times and they are so comfortable (able to wear them all day at school). These wedges provide great support and don’t make my feet cramp up. The only thing I would suggest, before buying these, is to make sure you have clothes in your wardrobe that go with them. Although it’s a neutral shade, it can be challenging to pair up with outfits. Otherwise than that, this is the perfect transitional shoe to wear from winter to spring.
Sold on Kenneth Cole Online (could not find style in picture, so I named the one that looks most similar).
Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoyed it, if so please like and subscribe. Wishing you all a happy March!
